"My experience with Klaus Roofing was extraordinary! Here are some of my takeaways from the experience:

• Our sales rep, Casey, was very pleasant, forthright, and knowledgeable about the products used on our house.

• Casey was extremely responsive with us, including multiple check-ins with us prior to the installation.

• When a spot opened up for installation, Casey contacted me to see if we wanted the slot. This was two weeks ahead of the original date.

• Klaus had a Project Manager assigned to our project. Thomas was there before the crew arrived and explained the timeline, schedule, and potential weather issues. Thomas did an exceptional job at keeping things rolling in spite of a few hiccups with the shingles, such as delivering multiple squares to the house, where they installed what they could on day one. Had the shingles been delivered on day one, I believe it would have been a one-day project.

• What I loved about Thomas is he prepared me for the worst-case scenario and over-delivered. They wrapped up the project in two days and beat the the weather when they needed to. Thanks in part to Thomas’s leadership.

• The crew: The crew was polite and very gracious to my wife and me. They worked their rear ends off for two days to get the job done before the weather came in. Each day they worked until dusk, never seeming to be out of sync with each other.

• The site Foreman, Horacio (sp), was extremely polite and competent. Having him on the roof directing and having Thomas handling logistics was so efficient. While one led the crew, the other (Thomas) kept things moving, handling logistics, and running for supplies and materials so the crew did not have to stop for downtime.

The ancillary crews at Klaus were also very professional and courteous. From the dumpster delivery and pick-up to the shingle delivery and clean-up, everyone was professional and personable.

As you may gather from this review, I would recommend Klaus Roofing to anyone. I did not take the lowest bid, I chose the best product, the best application, and the best service for my roof.

Fortunately, this roof is warranted for 50 years. It means that this is the last roof I will ever have to put on. If I do need another roof, I will choose Klaus again.
